Wow, you’re finally here! We’re so glad that you took the first steps in making your dream wedding a reality. Let’s face it— sometimes we compromise our own needs because our close ones want otherwise. Your family members might want a minimalistic wedding event, while you want a mummy-themed wedding party with stark contrasting colors (a bit unusual but not impossible). But, what if there was an events planning firm that was so awesome and unique, with badass event planners, that it can merge both of these ideas and sculpt it into an amazing concept?

At ROCKNEVENTS, we intend to craft the most luxurious, momentous, out-of-the-box events possible. How? Because we just happen to have a team consisting of the most amazing event producers. They are bound to leave your mouth gaped in awe with their unique party themes and decor ideas. Our event planners will establish and maintain the budget while vouching for the best vendors. What’s more, is that they will conduct and design a master experimental plan that captures every intricate detail, and serves as your spokesperson.
To be very honest, planning a wedding event on your own can get extremely exhausting and overwhelming, especially if you have friends and family to give you free advice on what you should do. But you should keep in mind that it’s your big day, and not theirs. That is why, at ROCKNEVENTS, we take inspiration from your ideas and create something breathtaking. If you love dogs and want them to do a little cameo at your wedding, we’re on it. If you feel like bringing out your inner rockstar by hiring an electric violinist, we’ve got you!

Our 5-stage Wedding Journey!
To give you an idea of how we prepare to give you the most awesome event ever, here are the 5-stage wedding plan that we go through:
Stage One: The Search for Venue
We’ll begin with scouring every venue in the city.
No. Just kidding, we don’t do that around here.
What we will do is get your preferences and pick out the best options available. After we’ve gone through the event budget analysis, we’ll proceed to schedule walkthrough tours of potential wedding venues. Required licenses, permits, and event day insurance— leave it to your event planner, they’ll take care of it for you. To make the event easier to attend, we will research and reserve hotel blocks for your attendees. Finally, we will provide you a routine minute-by-minute timeline of your big day.
Stage Two: The Vendors’ Meetup
Once you’ve decided on one of the venues, we will start assessing all venue and vendor contracts, payment distribution, and proposals. We don’t exaggerate when we say that we are partners with the best of the best in the industry.
As it is your special day, we intend to fulfill every demand with the best service available. That is why, from vendors to venues, we associate our planning process with industry members that we can always trust to make your big day unforgettable. To make sure you understand and feel comfortable with all of the steps we take, we will schedule a meet and greet with all the service vendors.
Stage Three: A little Surprise
As we go through the process of selecting wedding venues and vendors, we’ll take a look back at our current investments to devise a surprise: a Plan B. A backup plan is always appreciated because hey, life is a box of chocolates— you never know what you’re going to get. So, to make sure that you don’t get a Toblerone instead of Ferrero Rocher(or vice versa), we’ll go through a SWOT analysis to get you your favorite chocolate and cover any problems that may arise.
At this stage, we’ll review all current investments and provide a SWOT analysis and fallback planning.
Stage Four: The 3-Stage Design Journey
Buckle up, because here’s where we are about to make your dreams into a reality. From this point onwards, we take our members through a personalized 3-stage design tour: development, construction, and design blueprint. This is the step where we really get to know each other and create a unique design.
Stage Five: The Big Day! (Well, sort of.)
It’s the day to execute the experimental production and we’re here to give it do our best to make it flawless. Your wedding planner will be in charge of reserving and finalizing the design orders and rentals, all attendees’ RSVPs, orchestrating all design vendors and services, and managing Team RNE. There’s, of course, a whole lot of other roles that your wedding planner is going to fulfill. She’s going to take care of:
Co-ordinating the arrival and departure time and special celebration with the service vendors
In-person co-ordination of the event rehearsal with your wedding team.
Fully stocked co-ordinator kit, production box, and stocked bridal kit.
Communication of all final details.
